Official Raffle Rules

1. Participants must be 18 years of age or older, reside in Alberta, Canada, possess a valid Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, or Mastercard Debit, and be physically located in Alberta at the time of ticket purchase. Employees, Board Members, and immediate family members of Hugs for Homeless and the Electronic Raffle Supplier are not eligible to participate.

2. All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

3. Tickets are available exclusively through the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (Rafflebox) at the following prices:​

   • TICKET DISTRIBUTION TICKET VALUE

   • # of Tickets (30) @ 1 FOR $10 = 30 Tickets Available = Total Value $300

   • # of Tickets (840) @ 4 FOR $20 = 210 Packs Available = Total Value $4,200

   • # of Tickets (2600) @ 20 FOR $50 = 130 Packs Available = Total Value $6,500

   • # of Tickets (9,000) @ 100 FOR $100 = 90 Packs available = Total Value $9,000

   • 12,470 Total Tickets Available - Maximum Ticket Sales = $20,000

4. Ticket sales close on September 30, 2026 at 12:00 PM (Mountain Time).

5. The draw will take place on September 30, 2026 at 12:12 PM at Air Products - PCL, Sherwood Park, Alberta.

6. The winning prize will be 50% of total ticket sales, up to a maximum prize of $10,000 CAD. Any taxes or financial obligations associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Ticket purchasers will receive their ticket numbers electronically by email through Rafflebox, the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier. No paper tickets will be issued.

8. The winning ticket will be selected using the registered Rafflebox Random Number Generator (RNG). Results will be published within 48 hours of the draw.

9. The winner will be contacted using the telephone number and email address provided at the time of purchase. The winner must claim the prize within 30 days of the draw. If the prize remains unclaimed after 30 days, a new winning ticket will be drawn from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with AGLC licence requirements.

10. By purchasing a ticket, participants consent to the publication of their name and winning ticket number if selected as the winner.
