Due to the nature of charitable contributions and the immediate use of funds for outreach and support services, we do not offer refunds for donations made through our website or in person. If a donation was made in error or if there are extenuating circumstances, please contact us within 7 days at info@hugsforhomeless.com so we can review the matter.
